MANAGEMENT OF MUNICIPALITY SUBMITTED A REPORT

On fifteenth meeting of the Palilula Assembly , which was held18th of May in the hall of the Cultural Centre of Nis, is considered reports of work of the President of Municipality, President of the Assembly and members of the Municipal Council. The meeting of the Assembly are chaired by Milan Djurdjevic, president of the Assembly and Vesna Jovanović-Jankovic, Secretary of the Assembly. In keynote speech Prof Dr Igor Novakovic, president of Palilula Municipality evaluate previous activity of management as very successful, especially highlighted the work of groups of Assembly members  and coalition partners who had been very constructive. Good cooperation was also and with groups of Assembly members who are not in coalition. We held seven meetings of the Assembly and twenty three meetings of Council of Palilula Municipality. We advanced significantly the work of the Municipal Administration. In the reporting period, we have been on service to  the citizens of the Palilula Municipality , what is the objective of existence of our organization of local self-government of the City of Nis. We continued discussions with the Councils of citizens in municipal areas, increase the number of meetings with citizens in rural and urban areas. The Administration has enhanced the work of inspection services and that has resulted on improve of financial results. We have continued reorganization of inspection services in order to efficiently solve the request of citizens and the problems in the terrain. All potential of the municipality, we focused on the development and implementation of projects, in order to solve the problems of citizens, their employment, achieving complete customer satisfaction - the citizens of the Palilula Municipality and approaching EU standards said Novakovic. Assembly members of Palilula Municipality didn’t had remark to the offered material. In this meeting  it is given the previously adopted PDR-thinking on the part of the street "12. Srpske brigade"and they made the decision on dismissal and appointment of a member of the Commission for Communal Activity and Working with the Local Authorities and member of the Commission for the Economy, Entrepreneurship and Agriculture.
